Shipping and Returns
 
Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are included on the involice. When ordering online, shipping costs are calculated prior to submitting your payment information and are to be paid at the time of purchase.

The return shipment should be arranged and paid for by the customer. Vivid Medical will refund or credit the shipping cost of any product being returned as being defective and covered under Vivid Medical's warranty or any item returned due to a processing error by Vivid Medical.

Shipment Terms

All shipments are F.O.B. Palo Alto, California. Vivid Medical is not responsible for damages during shippin. Please feel free to insure your shipments.

Shipment Methods

When ordering online, add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Uness if you have selected another shippment method, all products ordered via email, FAX, mail, are normally shipped using the following methods:

  • 3-5 day standard ground delivery of the United States Postal Service, to addresses within the continental US.

Shipping Preferences

If you need to receive certain items in your order sooner than others, at additional cost, you can choose from one of these shipping preferences:

  • Ship items as soon as they become available.
  • Use express delivery.
Shipment Schedules and Status

We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. To check your orders status, please login to your MyVividMed account and click the "My Account / Order Status" link. If tracking information is available, you can track your package via this page. Just click "Track Package" next to the delivery you want to follow.
